Candle Burning Instructions:

  • Before each use, trim the wick to 1/4 inch
  • Keep the flame away from moving air
  • Never leave a candle unattended
  • Burn on a pillar plate, ceramic dish, or glass to avoid spillage on surfaces
  • It is always a good idea to burn on a level, fire-resistant surface
  • Candles should be kept out of reach of children and pets
  • Candles should not be placed in direct sunlight or near heat sources

We make all of our candles to order, so it may take up to 7-10 working days to process your order. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of items ordered on this online store. (Monday – Friday is five days, we do not produce items on weekends). Not including processing time.
Candle Care

We recommend the following tips for burning your new candle:

If wax drips from your sculptured candle, place it on a dish or candle plate that will catch it.

Never leave a burning candle unattended or lit while sleeping. Extinguish all candles before leaving the room or going to bed. Use a candle snuffer to extinguish a candle, if available, as it’s the safest way to prevent hot wax from splattering.

Don't burn a candle to the ground. For safety measures, stop burning a candle when there is ¼ inch of wax left in the vessel.

Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.

Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

ONGOING USE

Place your candle away from direct sunlight and nearby heat sources when not in use to prevent discoloration.

To ensure a consistent smoke-free flame, we recommend trimming the wick 2-3cm before lighting the candle again.

It is recommended that you burn the candle for no more than 3 hours at a time.
