LEAD TIME:

UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDERS BELOW R5000.00

15-20 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDERS ABOVE R5000.00

All orders are hand-poured and made to order

Lead times may be affected by load shedding.

Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Orders placed during this period will be processed the following business day.

Delivery usually takes three to five business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

Orders will be put into production once payment reaches our bank account, usually within two business days.

Ordering more products will extend your lead time.

Please note we do not offer packaging and branding for wholesale orders, only for personalized gift boxes.

For Events & Weddings

It is recommended that you order your events and wedding candles two months in advance. We will need your order number once you’ve placed your order, and we’ll need to know it’s for an event wedding.

ABOUT MILAN NEM CANDLES

Pure Soy Wax is used in our molded candles, along with 5-10% Stearic Acid. We use stearic acid in our candles to provide a longer burn time and enhance fragrance retention. As a result, your candle’s fragrance will last longer. Stearic Acid is also plant-based and eco-friendly, just like Soy Wax.
